The Police in Jouberton launched a manhunt after a 40-year-old man was gunned down by unknown suspects at Extension 16, in Jouberton Location outside Klerksdorp., on Friday, 15 July 2022.
North West Police spokesperson Sabata Mokgwabone said reportedly, the victim who is said to be a member of the Al-Qaeda gang, was standing next to his car on the street and chatting to someone when three men who alighted from a white Toyota Quantum mini bus without registration number, shot and killed him instantly.
“The motive of the incident is yet to be determined and investigation into the matter is underway. No arrest has been effected”.
