The Middelburg Magistrate Court on Monday 6 December 2021 released a 38-year-old Anthony Emenenu on R1000 bail. This is after he was arrested by members of Middelburg Vispol Policing on Saturday 04 December 2021 for contravening Act 101 of 1965, illegal selling of medicine, schedule 5.
Captain Dineo Sekgotodi said the Hawks Serious Commercial Crime Investigation team in Mpumalanga took over an investigation into this case.
The case is postponed to 17 January 2022, for further investigation.
