The five suspects arrested in connection with the murder of two businesswomen, Makoena Mabusela-Leshabane(46)and Tebogo Mphuti (35) in Polokwane, on the 10 October 2020, appeared before the Polokwane magistrate’s Court on Thursday 01 April 2020. The suspects are facing two counts of murder and illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.
Limpopo Police Spokesperson Moatshe Ngope said The suspects were identified as : Thabo Stanley Leshabane aged 57, John Zulu (30), Ndondo Buthelezi (25), Bhekimeze Phiyose (34) and Thembelani Dlamini aged 30.
“They were all denied bail and their cases were postponed to 17 May 2021 for further police investigations.”
The Police investigations are continuing.
