The Police in Limpopo are on the hunt for the suspects who shot and killed a 58-year-old attorney on Friday night, at Zone R Lebowakgomo.
The provincial police Spokesperson Moatshe Ngoepe said it is alleged that the attorney Moleko Ratau, was on the phone, moving towards the gate when unknown suspects approached, shot him several times killing him instantly before they fled from the scene.
This awakened the neighbours who found Ratau on the floor with blood. He was certified dead on the scene.
The Provincial Commissioner of Police Lieutenant General Nneke Ledwaba has condemned this killing and instructed his officers to find and arrest the assailants.
Ngoepe said they don’t know yet why Ratau’s life was cut short.
