Dj fresh and Euphonik taken off air after rape allegation

DJ Fresh and DJ Euphonik on Saturday were taken off air on music station 94.7 after rape allegations surfaced on social media.

Primedia Broadcasting and the pair reached a mutual decision for both DJ’s to come off air in order to focus on addressing this matter.

Primemedia Broadcasting Acting Chief Executive Officer Geraint Crwys -Willimas on Saturday, issued a statement and said 94.7 have engaged with DJ Fresh ( Thato Sikwane) and Euphonik ( Themba Nkosi) regarding the alleged sexual assault charged levelled against them.

“We take these matters extremely serious and apply a rigorous , systematic internal process to assess them”.
