Five people died on Wednesday morning in a head-on crash involving a Sedan and a truck near Amandabelt in Waterberg.
The driver of a Ford Sedan was trying to avoid a stray animal on the roadway and swerved to the oncoming traffic.
The Sedan collided head-on with a Scania Truck. All the occupants in the Sedan were certified dead on the scene.
