A 32-year-old man is expected to appear at Klerksdorp Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 5 October 2020 on a charge of murder.
Klerksdorp police in North West arrested the suspect on Thursday, 01 October at an open field in Adamayview for the alleged murder of his younger brother.
It is alleged that the two brothers had an argument at their place in Meiringspark. The eldest brother allegedly took his father’s firearm and shot his 27-year-old brother several times, all over the body.
The North West Provincial Commissioner, Lieutenant General Sello Kwena, applauded the police for their speedy response in arresting the suspect.
