Police Hunt 4 Prison Escapees

The Police in Hartebeesfontein in North West have launched a manhunt after 4 prisoners escaped from custody on Saturday morning.

Members of the community are asked to assist the police in locating or providing information that can lead to the re-arrest of those 4 escapees.

The escapees are identified as Tebogo Monnamogolo (31) was in detention for burglary residential, Piet Sechele (26) for murder, Tebogo Moloko (28) for business robbery and Ranthati Mothobi (50) for rape.

 Provincial Spokesperson Aafje Botma said it was discovered during routine cell inspection at the station that the four detainees escaped. The Police are currently busy with an internal investigation determining the circumstances surrounding the escape.
