Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (GoGTA), Dr.Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma on September 5th launched the Waterberg District Development Model (DDM).
The Waterberg District is set to be working on achieving it’s goal of building a state that thrives on ethical and developmental service delivery to it’s communities.
The DDM supports the institutionalization of District Hubs for shared services. The Waterberg District Hub comprises of experts such as Engineers, Development planner, Financial specialist and the Hub manager.
The Hub engineers will be working alongside engineers from the Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent. This is to make sure that there is proper support and all departments involved honour their roles within the project.
