The South African Police Service in Hlanganani outside Giyani in Limpopo is investigating the case of missing persons, after a 17-year-old mother and her eight months old daughter went missing.
“It is alleged that Sarudze Mashava from Tiyani Village left home with her child, Together Mhlanga on Monday 31 August 2020 without informing anyone about her destination and since then, they never returned home,” the police said.
On their disappearance, Mashava was wearing a yellow jersey, blue skirt and white sandals.
The search was launched by the police and it was not successful as the relatives, friends and families also don’t know about their whereabouts.
The police are asking for anyone with information that can assist them to locate these missing persons to contact Captain Hlanganani Walter Marivate on 082 468 8673 or the crime stop number 0860010111 or the nearest Police Station. Police investigations and search operations are continuing.
