Hlokomelo Mabogale
Limpopo businessman, Maphoko Hudson Kgoemoeswana, appeared briefly at the Pretoria Regional Court on Thursday. Kgoemoeswana faces charges of tax fraud amounting to R5million.
The charges are a result of his failure to declare his personal tax and company, Babinatlou Business Services CC, between the period 2016 – 2018.
Magistrate Adriaan Bekker postponed the matter to 10 November.
He is out on warning and is back in court a month after he appears in the Eskom Kusile R745 million corruption case scheduled for 27 October.
